| 摘 要： | 脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血的一种常见严重并发症,也是造成患者死亡和残疾的主要原因之一,但其发病机制尚未完全阐明.最近的研究表明,细胞凋亡在脑血管痉挛发生机制中起着重要作用.进一步研究蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的凋亡机制,对优化临床治疗方案具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Cerebral vasospasm is a common serious complication after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and is one of the main reasons of morbidity and mortality in patients suffering from subarachnoid hemorrhage. However, However, its pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated. Recent studies have suggested that apoptosis plays an important role in the mechanism of cerebral vasospasm. Further study of the apoptotic mechanism of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage has important significance for the optimization of therapeutic schemes in clinical conditions. |
