某医院64排CT机建设项目现场审查验收报告

目的对某医院64排CT机建设项目进行现场审查验收，向卫生行政部门提出现场审查验收报告，作出验收结论。方法采用审阅申请验收材料和现场审查相结合的方式，依据有关法律、法规和标准的规定进行现场审查验收。结果该建设项目选址与布局合理，扫描室屏蔽厚度、室外漏射线空气比释动能率及对室外人员可能受到照射的年有效剂量均符合国家有关标准的要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果符合国家有关法律、法规和标准的要求，现场审查验收合格，建议批准。

Objective] To inspect and accept the construction project of 6.4-row CT scanner in a hospital, propose on-site inspection and acceptance report to health Administration, and make conclusions of the inspection. Methods] Application review and on-site examination were adopted to conduct on-site inspection and acceptance, according to relevant laws, regulations and standards. Restilts] It was reasonable for the site selection and placement of the construction project. And it was up to the national standards in terms of the shielding thickness of the scanning room, the outside ray leakage air kerma rate and the annual effectively radiated doses received by outside exposed person. Conclusion] The occupational hazard control of this construction project accords with the national laws, regulations antt standards requirements, on-site inspection and acceptance are qualified, so it is recommended for approval.
