平阳霉素碘油乳剂局部注射治疗体表血管瘤(附6例报告)

目的　评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂治疗体表血管瘤的疗效。方法　对 6例体表血管瘤病人 ,采用直接穿刺瘤体造影观察病变范围、大小 ,确诊后行平阳霉素碘油乳剂瘤体内注射 ,观察体表血管瘤大小变化及并发症发生情况。结果　治疗后疗效优者 3例 ,良者 3例 ,未见表面皮肤坏死和异位栓塞等并发症发生。结论　平阳霉素碘油乳剂治疗体表血管瘤可取得较好的疗效 ,操作方便、安全、无明显副作用

Intratumor Injection of Pingyangmycin Lipiodol Emulsion for Treatment of Superficial Hemangioma:A Report of Six Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intratumor injection with Pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion (PLE) to treat superficial hemangioma. Methods Six cases of superficial hemangioma were injected with PLE after diagnosed by direct puncture angiography while the scope and size of superficial hemangioma were indicated. The size of superficial hemangioma and complications were observed after PLE injection. Results The efficacy showed that 3 cases were excellent 3 cases were fine after PLE injection. There was no severe complication such as necrosis of skin or abnormal embolization occurred. Conclusion Intratumor injection of PLE to treat superficial hemangioma is quite efficient,convenient and no side effect.
