龙胆泻肝丸(汤)治疗细菌性阴道病的临床与实验研究

目的:观察龙胆泻肝丸治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法:口服龙胆泻肝丸治疗细菌性阴道病患者48例,设口服甲硝唑治疗作为对照组(48例),比较两组的治疗效果:并用试管二倍递减稀释法进行龙胆泻肝汤对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 25923、乙型溶血性链球菌(产溶血毒素“O”A12型)、大肠杆菌ATCC 25922标准株,用平板倾注法进行龙胆泻肝汤对无芽孢厌氧菌(脆弱类杆菌)以及弧杆菌的抑菌试验和杀菌试验。结果:龙胆泻肝丸治疗细菌性阴道病,痊愈率为62.51%,总有效率达92.7%,与首选西药甲硝唑疗效(痊愈率为66.67%,总有效率91.67%)相似(P>0.05);不同浓度的龙胆泻肝汤对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、无芽孢厌氧菌(脆弱类杆菌)以及弧杆菌有抑菌作用或杀菌作用。结论:龙胆泻肝丸为治疗细菌性阴道病疗效肯定的中医药疗法;龙胆泻肝汤对多种病原体有有抑菌作用或杀菌作用。

The Clinical and Experimental Study on the Curative Effect of Longdan Xiegan Pill(Decoction) on Bacterial Vaginosis(BV)

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Longdan Xiegan pill(decoction) on bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods: In treatment group,48 cases of BV were treated by the Longdan Xiegan pill,while in control group 48 cases of the same diseases were treated by metronidazolum.The curative effect two groups were compared after the treatment.Both the bactericidal and bacferiostatic testes of Longdan Xiegan decoction were performed by law of poured plato plate.Results:In the treatment group the curative rate was 62.51%,the effective rate 92.7%.In the control group the curative and effective rate were 66.67% and 91.67%,respectively.There were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The Longdan Xiegan decoction(pill) has a definite effect on BV,It can kill and inactivate various pathosens.
