摘    要:采用造血干细胞及造血祖细胞体内、外培养方法,观察其免疫刺激剂短小棒状杆菌预防小鼠对辐射损伤小鼠造血—免疫重建的影响。结果表明:提高小鼠免疫水平有利于免疫嵌合体形成并促进造血重建过程。主要表现机体具有促进和调节造血干细胞增殖与分化。双重机能的作用。然后早期以CFU—S增殖为主,继之为CFU—S分化增强期。提示我们,这种,处置可能是促进同种骨髓移植个体免疫耐受性的建立。这将是抑制GVHR发生的根本措施。

Abstract:The effects of prophylactic use of Corynebacterium parum (CP) , an immunosti-mulant, in mice on the hemopoietic and immunologic reconstruction of hemopoietic stem cells and their precursors both in vivo and in vitro techniques are studied. It accelerates the immunologic functions,is favorable for the formation of immunochiraeras and enhances the process of reconstruction of hemopoiesis. It is suggested that this treatment may be used as the radical measure which inhibits the occurence of GVHR induced after homologous bone marrow transplantation- an approach to the establishment and enhancement of immunotolerance.
