蝮蛇伤病人特点及中西医结合护理对策

目的：探讨用中西医结合的方法护理蝮蛇伤病人。方法：对125例蝮蛇伤病人的职业、性别、年龄、咬伤部位，不同就诊时间的症状与体征及脏器损害率的统计与比较。结果：男性多于女性，以青壮年农民为主，咬伤部位主要是下肢，不同就诊时间神经毒症状体征有非常显著差异，肾脏损害与就诊时间关系不大，肝脏、心脏、两脏器及以上损害有显著差异。结论：对蝮蛇伤病人应根据其特点，采用辨证施护、中西医结合的方法护理，可降低发病率，减少并发症及早日康复。

The features of the patients bitten by agkistrodon halys and countermeasures of nursing combined Chinese medicine with western medicine

Objective: To evaluate the way of nursing the patients bitten by agkistrodon halys by means of both Chinese and western medicine. Methods: To count and compare the different symptoms, the main body features and the degree of the damage to the organs in 125 patients bitten by agkistrodon halys according to their careers, sexes, ages, bitten positions and different time of diagnosis. Results: Of the 125 patients, the male are more than the female, with the young farmers in particular. The bitten position is mainly on the legs and there is a great difference in the symptoms of nerve system between different diagnosis time. There is no close relation between the damage of kidney and diagnosis time in spite that the other two organs liver and heart are greatly damaged. Conclusions: All the statistics and comparison show that the patients bitten by the agkistrodon halys should be treated dialectically. The method combined Chinese medicine and western medicine is introduced to lower the infection rate of the patients and reduce the complications, which will contribute a lot to the patients' speedy recovery.
