| 摘 要： | 对16例患有哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的老年患者以po优喘平0.4g qd进行治疗,并进行血药浓度监测.结果表明.除个别外,多数患者体内血药浓度均达到有效治疗浓度,且浓度平缓.人体对优喘平吸收存在个体差异,需血药浓度监测,以供剂量调整,但其不失为治疗老年哮喘或COPD的理想药物.

| Abstract: | This article reports the use of PROTHEO tablet 0. 4g, po, qd to treat asthma or COPD disease in 16 aged patients,and the study of serum drug concentrations. The results showed that except a few individuals, most patients peak and valley serum concentrations were mentained within the usual effective concentration range, and the serum level kept steady. So, PROTHEO is an ideal drug for therapy of asthma of COPD, especially to aged patients. |
