老年性白内障晶状体中自由基的直接检测与动态观察

摘    要:利用电子顺磁共振法(ESR),于室温条件下,对5例手术摘出的老年性白内障晶状体及5例胎儿晶状体进行自由基的直接检测。自由基生成的动态观察是在UV 辐照下进行的。结果表明,在老年性白内障及胎儿晶体中均存在一自由基信号,其g=2.00074。在UV 照射下,老年性白内障晶状体中出现一种新的自由基,其g=2.0070。照射1分钟即出现,随照射时间而增加,停止照射即消失,而在胎儿中未见此自由基生成。该自由基的性质尚有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Five senile cataractous lenses were obtained from surgery and 5 fetal lenses served asthe control.Measurements were performed at room temperature by an electron spin reso-nance(ESR)spectrometer-Bruker ESP-300.The lens sample in a quartz tissue cell wasintroduced into the ESR cavity.The dynamic changes of free radical generation were ob-served under UV irradiation.The microwave power of spectrometer was set at 5 mW forESR measurement and the frequency was 9.6GHz.A modulation amplitude of 1 G wasroutinely used.The results revealed a signal of free radical at g=2.00074 both in the se-nile cataractous lenses and in the fetal lenses.With UV exposure,a new free radicalsignal appeared at g=2.0070 one minute after irradiation in the cataractous lenses and itdisappeared on cessation of irradiation.In contrast to the cataractous lenses,such a sig-nal was not observed in the fetal lenses under UV light.The nature of these free radi-cals remains for investigation.
