| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨全身麻醉中应用泮库溴胺作肌松剂对防止窦缓病人及手术中心率下降的效果。方法：择期行胆道手术病人40例，随机分为两组，麻醉诱导和维持分别静注泮库溴胺（治疗组）及维库溴胺（对照组），以保证临床所需肌肉松驰。麻醉前、气管插管后5分钟测量病人心率和血压，术中观察并记录最慢心率（Hrmini)出现的时间和血压以及麻醉期间应用阿托品的例（次）数。结果：两组病例心率麻醉后均较麻醉前升高（P＜0．01），术中最慢心率均出现在牵拉胆囊时，但治疗组仍比术前快（P＜0．01）且不需使用阿托品治疗；而对照组麻醉期间需给予阿托品以增快心率的病例数（次）明显高于治疗组（P＜0．05）。结论：全身麻醉中应用泮库溴胺作肌松剂，可有效防止窦性心动过缓病人麻醉及手术中心率的减慢。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of Pancuronium applying to the patients with Sinus Bradycardia during General Anesthesia.Methods:40 patients of cholecystectomy with Sinus Bradycardia were divided randomly into two groups.During general anesthesia,pancuronium was applied to the test group,vecuronium was applied to the control group,HR and BP were measured before anesthesia and 5 minutes after intratrachael intubation.Reslts:There was statistical significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:It is helpful for Pancuronium applying to the Patients with Sinus Bradycardia during General Anesthesia. |
