HBV与HCV重叠感染的研究

应用ＰＣＲ法和套式ＰＣＲ法对深圳地区４４例ＨＢＶ血清学标志物阳性者进行ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡ检测，并同时作ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ检测，以了解ＨＢＶ与ＨＣＶ重叠的感染情况，同时观察其血清ＡＬＴ的情况。结果发现，４４例患者中ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性１２例（２７．２７％）；ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡ阳性２２例（５０．００％），抗ＨＣＶ阳性２１例（４７．７３％）．表明ＨＢＶ与ＨＣＶ的重叠感染率较高，应引起人们的重视。

COINFRCTION OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS WITH HEPATITIS C VIRUS

A proportion of patients diagnosed as type non-A non-B hepatitis or type B hepatitis clinically have coinfection of both HCV and HBV in fact. 44 patients with positive serological HBV markers were investigated for evaluation of coinfection of both HCV and HBV.HBV-DNA was detected by PCR(the primer was designed at C gene region), and HCV-RNA by nested PCR(the primer was designed at 5'non-coding region) in all serum of patients. In the results, HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA was positive in 12 of 44(27. 27%)and 22 of 44(50. 00%) patients respectively (both HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA were simultaneously positive in the serum of 6 patients). Anti-HCV was positive in 21 of 44 patients(47.73%). HCV-RN was positive in 18 of 21 patients with positive anti-HCV and 4 of 23 patients with negative anti-HCV. The level of ALT was high in 29 and normal in 15 of 44 patients. And the level of ALT was high in 14 and normal in 8 of 22 patlents with positive HCV-RNA. These results suggest, therefore, that the ratio of coinfection of HBV and HCV is high. No correlation exists between HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA,UDV-DNA and HCV-RNA may coexist in serum of patients with serological HBV markers and coexistence of HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA has no relationship with the level of ALT The positive ratio of HCV-RNA has no correlation with level of ALT, and replication of HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA do not interfere with each other.
