| 摘 要： | 目的研究超细粉体技术及剂型因素对珠黄散药理效应的影响。方法建立家兔口腔溃疡模型,分别给予珠黄散、普通珠黄凝胶、超细珠黄凝胶进行治疗,记录完全痊愈时间进行统计处理。结果3种制剂均能明显减少溃疡愈合时间,而超细珠黄凝胶组所需时间最短,与空白对照组比较,具有极显著性差异。结论采用超细粉体技术制成的新型凝胶剂能增强其药理效应。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pharmacodynamic effect of the technology of superfine and form on Zhuhuangsan.MethodsZhuhuangsan,general Zhuhuang gel and Ulter Zhuhuang gel were used to treat oral ulcer.Statistical significance was established by analysis of variance of the time of intention.ResultsThe results showed that all of them could decrease the time of intention and that of Ulter Zhuhuang gel group was least.The comparison between the time of control group and that of Ulter Zhuhuang gel group was more remarkable.ConclusionIt was concluded that the pharmacodynamic effect of the new gel used the technology of superfine was stronger. |
