臭氧对大鼠血液中磷酸肌酸激酶的影响

摘    要:大鼠经不同浓度臭氧染毒后血浆中磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)出现双相性变化:当浓度为0.05mg/m~3和0.10mg/m~3时,酶活性升高,后一浓度组并具有统计学差异;当浓度为0.2和0.4mg/m~3时,酶活性受到显著性抑制,且前者抑制的程度较后者为大。提示与机体的兴奋、抑制及代偿有关。

Abstract:Groups of Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to fourdifferent low concentration of ozone for 3 hours to evaluate alterations ofcreatine phosphokinase (CPK)activity in blood plasma. The results showed thatthe response was biphasic in proportion to the oxidant concentration. Thereactions indicated that exposure to concentrations as low as 0.025 to 0.05ppm ofozone inducel increments in activity of CPK, whereas with concentrations ofozone from 0.10 to 0.20ppm the value became subnormal. These reactions areexplained as compensatory, possibly being involved in the initial phase ofadaptation development, excitation or inhibition.
