一氧化氮和酸性物质在大鼠吸入性肺损伤中的差异

摘    要:目的 探讨有害气体和酸性物质在急性吸入性肺组织损伤中的差异。方法 给大鼠吸入一氧化氮和滴注不同 pH值酸性物质 ,形成急性肺水肿模型 ;机械通气 1h后 ,测定其血压、血气指标并观察其肺组织病理变化。结果  (1 )滴注液pH7.0时动脉血氧分压下降 ,pH4 .5和 2 .5时明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。随pH值的下降 ,肺泡腔液体逐渐增多 ,肺泡面积逐渐增大。 (2 )吸入一氧化氮后肺泡间隔增宽 ,液体增多 ,肺泡腔无液体。结论 一氧化氮和酸性物质都引起肺水肿 ,前者主要发生于肺间质 ,后者主要发生肺泡腔

Abstract:Objective To probe difference of noxious gas and acidic materials in acute aspiration pulmonary injury.Methods Nitric oxide(NO) and acidic materials with different pH were inhaled for 50 rat in which acute pulmonary edema were made,and the rats were ventilated for 1 hour. Blood pressure and blood gas of the rats were measured,their pulmonary histology were observed by microscopy.Results (1)PaO 2 in arterial blood of the rats was declined in pH 7.0 acidic fluid and declined obviously(P<0.01) in pH 4.5 and 2.5 group. With dropping of pH, alveolar fluid and alveolar area were increasing.(2)After NO inhaled, alveolar septum were broadened and no fluid can be found in alveolar.Conclusions NO and acidic material can cause pulmonary edema, the former lead mainly to edema in alveolar interstitial but the later in alveolar space.
