130例老年慢性心力衰竭诱因分析

目的探讨老年慢性心力表竭（CHF）的诱因，为提高老年CHF防治水平提供临床依据。方法对我院近2年老年慢性心力衰竭住院患者资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果老年CHF患者发病季节特点为冬季，占全年42％，临床诱因以感染为主，其次为心肌缺血、心律失常、劳累、情绪激动、输液过快、电解质紊乱等。结论老年CHF发病时间存在明显的季节差异，表现为冬多夏少；临床主要谤因为感染、心肌缺血、心律失常。

130 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure analysis of incentives

Objective To investigate the elderly patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） the incentive to improve the prevention and treatment in elderly CHF clinical basis. Methods nearly 2 years in elderly patients with chronic heart failure patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The outcome of elderly patients with CHF is charact-errized by onset of winter season, accounting for 42% of the year, clinical-based inc- entives to infection, followed by myocardial, ischemia, arrhythmia, fatigue, agitation, excessive fluid and electrolyte disturbance. Conclusions Elderly CHF onset of the season there is an obvious difference in performance more than for the summer less in winter; the main incentives for clinical infection, myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia.
