体检中心导检人员的管理策略

摘    要:目的探讨体检中心导检工作的质量管理方法。方法借鉴ISO9001质量管理标准,重新学习,获得职业认同;树立“以人为本,以受检者为中心”的服务理念,规范质量管理体系。结果体检中心的导检管理达到了科学化、规范化,提高了体检中心导检管理水平及工作效率,提高了体检者的满意率。结论建立一套科学的、完整的质量管理体系以适应医学模式转变和社会经济发展的需要,是导检工作的可靠保障。

Abstract:Objective To assess the application of nursing quality management in the health exami- nation center.Methods According to the ISO9001 standards for quality management,the staff in the health examination received retraining for professional qualification.The quality management system was standardized in line with the person-centered service concept.Results The nursing service management in the health examination center was successfully standardized and a scientific management system was established,which improved the management and working efficiency of the facility,and increased the patients' satisfaction.Conclusion A scientific and complete nursing service quality management system to suit the transformation of the medical model and the current social and economic development may ensure efficient operation of the health examination center.
