卡孕栓联合催产素预防产后出血50例临床观察

目的观察卡孕栓联合催产素预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法100例无高危因素的足月阴道分娩的产妇随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组在胎儿娩出后予催产素10u肌肉注射以加强宫缩;观察组在胎儿娩出后用催产素10u肌肉注射外加卡孕栓1mg舌下含服。观察两组产后出血量及副作用情况。结果观察组产后出血量较对照组明显减少,两组出血量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卡孕栓副作用小,用药是安全的。结论卡孕栓联合催产素预防产后出血是一种易掌握、安全、有效、易于推广的方法;预防产后宫缩乏力引起的产后出血,卡孕栓联合催产素效果优于单纯应用催产素。

Carprost Combined with Oxytocin for Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage:Clinical Observationin of 50 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of carprost combined with oxytocin for preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 100 cases of puerpera of full-term vaginal delivery who had no high-risk factors were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group after delivery were given the intramuscular injection of oxytocin 10 u to strengthen uterine contractions; the observation group on the basis of the control group,sublingual carprost 1 mg. Observe the postpartum hemorrhage volume and adverse reaction in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage volume of the observation group reduced significantly,there was statistically significant difference in the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Carprost combined with oxytocin for preventing postpartum hemorrhage is easy to master,safe,effective,easy to promote; the effect of carprost combined with oxytocin is better than the simple application of oxytocin for preventing the postpartum hemorrhage which is caused by postpartum uterine atony.
