| 摘 要： | [目的]了解山西省健康人群钩端螺旋体感染状况。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定山西大学．大同医学院2004级630名山西籍新生血清钩端螺旋体抗体。[结果]（1）被检者血清钩端螺旋体抗体总阳性率为8．57％；（2）男、女生间、学生入学前所在地域阊以及城乡籍学生间阳性率差异均无统计学意义。[结论]本次研究结果表明，在山西存在钩端螺旋体感染，应重视对钩端螺旋体病的研究。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To know the prevalence of serum antibody against Leptospira in sduents. [ Methods] By ELASA, serum samples of 630 students entered Datong medical college from Shanxi province in 2004 were measured for antibody to Leptospira. [Rosults] The positive rate was 8.57%, There were significant differences between boys and girls, the students from urban and rural and among the students from different sites of Shanxi province respectively. [ Conclusion] The results show that there is Leptospria infection among the students of the college. It is necessary to measure serun antibody to Leptospria of the students entered colleges or schools. |
