耳内窥镜下鼓膜置管治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎98耳

目的探讨耳内窥镜下鼓室置管术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的手术效果。方法对慢性分泌性中耳炎84例(98耳)在耳内窥镜下行鼓膜置管术,手术前后进行听力检查评估。结果术后随访6~18个月,平均10个月。治愈57耳(58.2%),好转38耳(38.8%),无效3耳(3.1%),总有效率97.0%。结论耳内窥镜下鼓膜置管术视野清楚,创伤小,疗效好,是一种操作简单、安全有效的治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎手术方法。

Treatment for otitis media with effusion with endotoscopic myingotomy and grommet insertion

Objective To evaluate the effect of endotoscopic myingotomy and grommet insertion in treatment of otitis media with effusion.Method Grommet insertion was performed on 98 ears of 84 cases under endotoscopic myingotomy from October 2003 to May 2007.Pure tone threshold was determined pre-operatively and post-operatively.Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 18 months(with an average of 10 months).57 ears were healed,38 ears were improved and 3 ears were invalid.Conclusion Endotoscopic myingotomy in combination with grommet insertion has advantages of good vision,minimal invasion,quick recovery and excellent curative effects,and it is simple and effective for otitis media with effusion.
