深圳市社康中心及个体诊所消毒效果监测与分析

目的 监测和分析深圳市社区健康服务中心及个体社会医疗机构的消毒工作质量。方法对室内空气、医护人员手、医疗用品等进行采样，检测细菌污染状况。结果监测样品1294份，合格1217份，合格率达93．6％，不同医疗机构各类物品监测结果比较显示社康中心合格率显著高于个体诊所。结论个体诊所的消毒存在问题，应加强对专业人员消毒知识与技术的培训，建立健全消毒制度与配置消毒设施。

Surveillance and Analysis of Effectiveness of Disinfection of the Partial Community Health Service Centers and Private Clinics in Shenzhen City

Objective To survey the effectiveness of disin fection of the partial community health service centers and private clinics in Shenzhen ctiy.Method Samples were collected from indoor a ir,the hands of medical staff and medical items for examination of bac terial contamination.Results Among 1294samples,1217were eligib le according the International Standard,with the qualification rate of 93.6%.The qualification rate of community health se rvice centers was significant higher than that of priv ate clinics.Conclusion The bacterial contamination of the e nvironment and medical items in private clinics was serious,and the supervision and monitoring work in these units must be strengthened.
