摘    要:目的:建立以二阶导数光谱法测定尿液中左氧氟沙星浓度的方法。方法:利用左氧氟沙星在350~360nm间二阶导数的光谱峰谷振幅值(P),测定左氧氟沙星的尿药浓度。结果:左氧氟沙星检测浓度的线性范围为2~18μg.mL-1(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=0.66%);日内、日间RSD分别为0.09%、1.82%。结论:本方法简便、稳定、精密度高、重现性好,不必留空白尿样,无需提取分离,适宜该尿药浓度监测。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the urine level of levofloxacin by second-order derivative spectrophotometry.METHODS: The concentration of levofloxacin in human urine was determined at a wavelength of 350~ 360nm using a second-order derivative spectrum peak valley amplitude(P).RESULTS: The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 2~ 18μ g· mL-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 100.2%(RSD=0.66%).The intra-day and inter-day RSD were 0.09% and 1.82%,respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is simple,stable,precise and reproducible,and in which blank urine sampling,the extraction and isolation were not needed,thus it can be used for the monitoring of urine drug level.
