第4代航天诱变防风粉末显微分析

摘    要:目的对第4代航天诱变防风药材及地面组防风药材作对比分析,以期为更全面了解第4代航天诱变防风品质的变化和深入研究积累资料。方法性状鉴别、粉末显微组织鉴别。结果与地面组防风相比,太空组防风根部明显增粗,气稍浓,表面颜色变深,横截面芯部颜色浅黄,微白,油管中条块状分泌物明显减少,韧皮薄壁细胞壁变薄。结论航天诱变有利于选育出长势良好、根部主干明显增粗的、显微组织有一定变化的、活性成分提高的防风新品种,航天诱变育种是中药材种质资源创新的快捷有效的途径之一。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the 4th generation of spaceflight mutagenesis Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)
