阴道清洁度与念珠菌阳性率的关系

目的：了解念珠菌的发病情况及其与阴道清洁度的关系。方法：采用涂片革兰染色镜检及直接湿片涂片镜检对1448例的阴道分泌物进行念珠菌及阴道清洁度检测。结果：念珠菌总阳性率为18．2％，阴道清洁度Ⅲ-Ⅳ度者念珠菌阳性率为14．4％，明显高于阴道清洁度为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度者（3．8％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：念珠菌阴道炎与阴道清洁度有密切关系，乳酸杆菌是维持正常阴道生态内环境的关键，当阴道乳酸杆菌群的平衡，增加繁殖念珠菌和念珠菌阴道炎症发生的机会。
