膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠的临床研究

目的：观察关节镜下有限清理术加膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠（阿尔治）对中重度软骨退行性改变的膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗作用。方法：28例中重度软骨退变的膝关节骨性关节炎患者，根据关节镜下软骨退变的程度不同，进行不同程度和范围的膝关节腔内有限清理术，术后关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，并辅以较系统的术前、术后康复训练。结果：随访3个月～2年，平均13个月。按Lysholm评分，良好22例（27膝），尚可4例（6膝），差2例（3膝）。结论：关节镜下膝关节有限清理加膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠（阿尔治）配合完善的康复训练措施对中重度软骨退行性改变的膝关节骨性关节炎有一定的治疗效果。

The Clinical Research of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on Knee Osteoarthritis after Operation of Arthroscope

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of selective debridement under arthroscope combined with intra-articular sodium hyaluronate （ AERZHI ） injection on kneeosteoarthritis with moderate and severe cartilage degeneration. Method： 28 cases of knee osteoarthritis, according to the degree of cartilage degeneration under arthroscope, were treated by selective debridement and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection after operation combining with systematic rehabilitation training before and after operation. Result： The follow-up duration were mean 13 months, from 3 months to 2 years. According to Lysholm score, 22 cases （ 27 knees ） were attended with good results, 4 cases recovered acceptable, and 2 cases （ 3 knees ） ended in poor results. Conclusion ： There is a certain effect of selective debridement under arthroscope and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection, combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on knee osteoarthritis with moderate and severe cartilage degeneration.
