非吸收无损伤缝线与可吸收缝线连续皮内缝合的疗效对比

目的：观察非吸收无损伤缝线连续皮内缝合与可吸收缝线连续皮内缝合的疗效。方法：2008年12月-2011年7月选择本院119例清洁伤口患者，随机分为两组，A组采用非吸收无损伤缝线连续皮内缝合，B组采用可吸收缝线连续皮内缝合，术后12～24个月随访伤口瘢痕情况。结果：与可吸收缝线连续皮内缝合相比，拆线的非吸收无损伤缝线连续皮内缝合的伤口外貌更优良。结论：清洁伤口可采用非吸收无损伤缝线连续皮内缝合。

Contrast Curative Effect of Continuity Intradermic Suture with Unabsorbable Atraumatic Suture and Absorbable Suture

Objective： To observe the curative effect of continuity intradermic suture with unabsorbable atraumatic suture and absorbable suture. Method： 119 clean wound cases were hospitalized from December 2008 to July 2011 in our hospital, including.119 cases were divided randomely into two groups, group A deploy continuity intradermic suture with unabsorbable atraumatic suture, group B deploy continuity intradermic suture with absorbable suture. To follow-up wound cicatricle after operation （ range, 12-24 months ） . Result： Compared to continuity intradermic suture with absorbable suture, the wound physiognomy of continuity intradermic suture with unabsorhable atraumatie suture was better. Conclusion： Clean wound should deploy continuity intradermic suture with unabsorbable atraumatic suture.
