无创正压通气在急腹症并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用效果

摘    要:目的:探讨采用无创正压通气治疗因急腹症引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果以及对患者的影响。方法:选取本院2011年3月-2012年3月收治的急腹症合并出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者共39例,对患者采用无创正压通气治疗。结果:患者通过无创正压通气治疗后,其血气分析数据明显得到改善,血氧饱和度以及氧气分压分别为(92.1.±6.1)%和(93.0±3.1)mmHg。其中29例患者通过无创正压通气治疗后,其呼吸窘迫症状均得到明显改善,有效率为74.4%。结论:无创正压通气治疗急腹症并发呼吸窘迫综合征能取得较为满意的疗效,且不良反应少,患者耐受情况较好。

The Observation of Effect for Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Application of Acute Abdomen with Acute RespiratoryDistress Syndrome~

Abstract:Objective: To explore the use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with acute abdomen caused by acute respiratory distress syndrome, the clinical effect and impact.Method: 59 cases of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome and acute abdomen admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were chosen.The control group was taken with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Result: After noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment, the blood gas analysis data was significantly improved. The oxygen saturation and oxygen partial pressure were respectively ( 92.1 ± 6.1 ) % and ( 93.0 ± 3.1 )mm Hg.29 patients were significantly improved by noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of respiratory distress symptoms, the effective rate was 74.4%. Conclusion: Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute abdomen with respiratory distress syndrome can achieve more satisfied treatment efficiency and with fewer adverse reactions, and it is with a better patient tolerance.
