欣母沛用于预防前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血38例疗效观察

目的：观察预防性使用欣母沛对于前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法：选择前置胎盘行剖宫产术的产妇38例，随机分为观察组19例和对照组19例，对照组在剖宫产术中胎儿娩出后常规静滴缩宫素20u，观察组在对照组基础上于宫体注射欣母沛250μg，比较两组产后出血量及产后出血发生率。结果：观察组产后2h、产后24h平均出血量均显著少于对照组，产后出血率也显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：预防性使用欣母沛能有效减少前置胎盘剖宫产术产后出血量，降低出血发生率。

The Curative Effect of Hemabate Used for Prevention of Placenta Previa Cesarean Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective： To observe the curative effect of hemabatc for preventing hemorrhage after Placenta previa cesarean section.Method： Selection of placenta previa cesarean section in 38 cases of maternal, were randomly divided into the observation group 19 cases and control group 19 cases, control group in cesarean section delivery of the fetus after routine intravenous drip of hemabatc 20 U, on the basis of the control group, the experimental group in the palace body injected hemabate 250 μg, compared two groups of postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage. Result： In the observation group, 2 h, 24 h average postpartum postpartum bleeding volume was significantly less than that in the control group, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The prophylactic use of henmbatc can effectively reduce the placenta previa cesarean postpartum hemorrhage volume, decreased incidence of bleeding.
