腹腔镜在普外科急腹症诊治中的应用体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜在普外科急腹症患者诊断和治疗中的应用价值.方法：回顾性分析许昌市中心医院自2009年3月-2012年6月为108例急腹症患者行腹腔镜治疗的临床资料.结果：所有患者经腹腔镜探查及术后病理得以明确诊断,其中95例（88%）在腹腔镜下完成手术,13例（12%）中转开腹,所有患者均达到临床治愈.结论：腹腔镜在急腹症患者的应用中既能快速诊断,又能进行治疗,同时其还具有创伤小,恢复快,住院时间短等优点,值得在临床推广应用.

The Clinical Application Experience of Laparoscopy in General Surgery Acute Abdomen

Objective：To discuss the value of laparoscopy in general surgery acute abdomen.Method：To analyze the clinic data of 108 patients with acute abdomen in XuChang Central Hospital who were treated by laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment from March 2009 to June 2012. Result：All of the patients received definitive diagnosis after the laparoscopic diagnosis and the postoperative pathology. 95（88%）patients were treated by laparoscopic diagnosis,and 13（12%）patients were treated by laparotomy. All of the patients achieved clinical cure. Conclusion：Laparoscopy in acute abdomen patients not only can help us to achieve rapid diagnosis,but also can treat the diseases,at the same time it has the advantage such as minimally invasive, quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay. So it is worthy of clinical application.
