| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆道闭合性损伤之后的手术时机的选择问题。方法：这次研究选取本院在2009年1月-2011年1月收治的48例胆道闭合性损伤患者，将48例患者随机分为12组，对胆道闭合性损伤患者进行化验检查。结果：胆道完全梗阻大于3周之后，对于肝脏的影响是不可逆转的。结论：在对胆道闭合性损伤之后，要在损伤后的2d之内及时的进行手术治疗，这段时间属于治疗胆道闭合性损伤的最好时机。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the biliary tract injury after the selection of operation opportunity.Method ： This study selected in our hospital in 2009 January to 201 l January treated 48 cases of biliary tract in blunt trauma patients, 48 patients were randomly divided into 12 groups, the closed bile duct injury patients undergoing tests to check. Result： Biliary obstruction of greater than 3 weeks later, the liver was the effect of irreversible. Conclusion： In the biliary tract injury after injury, in 2 days after the timely operation treatment, this time belonging to the treatment of biliary tract injury in the best time. |
