优质护理在急诊清创缝合术患者中的临床效果分析

目的：比较不同护理方式在急诊外科清创缝合术患者中应用的临床效果分析。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院急诊科2011年1月-2012年1月95例因外伤急诊清创缝合术患者的临床资料，其中选择优质护理的为研究组（n=50），选择普通护理的为对照组（n=45），对两组手术时间、术中血压、心率及满意度等进行分析。结果：手术时间、术中血压、心率及满意度研究组分别为（20．9±4．1）h、（120．9±4．5）mmHg、（80．3±4．2）次／min、94．0％（47／50）；对照组分别为（33．8±7．3）h、（135．9±9．7）mmHg、（102．8±8．2）次／min、80．0％（36／45），两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：优质护理在急诊外科实施清创缝合术治疗过程中能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪，减轻患者心理负担，使术中血压、心率保持在较平稳的水平，利于手术的顺利进行，减少手术时间，从而提高患者对护理的满意度。

High-quality Care in the Emergency Debridement Suture Patients in the Clinical Effect Analysis

Objective： To compare different care in emergency surgical debridement and application of clinical effect in patients with suture. Method： A retrospective analysis of patients in author＇s hospital emergency department in June 2011 -January to 2012-January 95 cases due to trauma emergency debridement and suturing, including select high-quality care for the study group of 50 patients, selected ordinary care for the control group, 45 cases, operative time, intraoperative blood pressure, heart rate and satisfaction analysis.Result： The results of operative time, intraoperativc blood pressure, heart rate and satisfaction research group, respectively （ 20.9 ± 4.1 ） h, （ 120.9 ± 4.5 ） mm Hg, （ 80.3 ± 4.2 ） beats/min, 94.0% （ 47/50 ） ; the control group （ 33.8 ± 7.3 ） h,（ 135.9 ± 9.7 ） mm Hg,（ 102.8 ± 8.2 ） beats/min, 80.0% （ 36/45 ）; groups differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Quality care implemented in the emergency surgical debridement the suture treatment process, effectively alleviate patient anxiety and reduce the psychological burden of patients, intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate remained at a relatively stable level, conducive surgery carried out smoothly, reduce surgical time, thus improve patient satisfaction care.
