| 摘 要： | 目的：对药物管理技能训练对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响进行分析探讨。方法：随机抽取在2011年1月1日-12月31日本院收治的精神分裂症患者病例155例，将其分成对照组和观察组，分别对其给予常规护理和在常规护理基础上实施药物管理技能训练，而后对这两组的服药依从性进行对比分析。结果：经比较发现，观察组的服药依从性显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对精神分裂症患者实施合理的药物管理技能训练能够有效改善患者的服药依从性，这对治疗效果将会产生重大意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： The influence analysis of schizophrenia patients on medicine taking compliance on drug management skills training. Method： Random sampling in January 1, 2011 to 2011 year in December 31 in our hospital of patients with schizophrenia in 155 eases, divided into observation group and control group, respectively, for the given routine nursing and routine nursing care on the basis of the implementation of medication management skills training, and then to the two groups of patients with drug compliance were comparative analysis.Resnit： By contrast, the observation group compliance was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： For patients with schizophrenia implement reasonable drug management skill training can effectively improve the patients medication compliance, the treatment effect will have great significance |
