主瘘管切开挂线支瘘管旷置引流术治疗30例高位复杂性肛瘘

目的：分析与研究主瘘管切开挂线支瘘管旷置引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘。方法：本文选择了60例高位复杂性肛瘘患者进行研究，随机分成两组，每组30例。观察组通过主瘘管切开挂线支瘘管旷置方式进行治疗，对照组则采用常规的传统切开管线手术方式进行治疗。手术后两组患者全部采用传统的抗感染中药熏洗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组有效率为96．67％，对照组有效率为83．33％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。观察组与对照组相比疗程较短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）o结论：与传统的治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的方法相比较主瘘管切开管线支瘘管旷置引流手术的疗程较短，对患者造成的损伤较小，治愈率较高，值得在临床上实施与推广。
