腹腔镜联合ERCP术治疗胆石症的护理体会

目的：探讨ERCP＋EST＋腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的护理方法。方法：对本院2011年6月-2012年6月收治的经ERCP＋EST＋腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的围手术期的心理护理、临床护理与监测、健康教育进行回顾性分析。结果：89例例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者手术成功，恢复良好。结论：对于胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者先进行ERCP＋EST术，在先将胆总管内的结石取出后再进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，使得患者避免了传统手术导致的切口疼痛，多管引流导致的活动限制、术后禁食时间长，带T管时间长、易发生胆道感染的缺点，并且使住院天数减少，患者舒适度增加、痛苦小、恢复快等优点而成为胆道系统结石治疗的首选方法。

Laparoscopic Combined with ERCP in Treatment of Cholelithiasis and Nursing Experience

Objective： To explore the ERCP＋EST ＋ laparoscopic treatment of gallstones and bile duct stones in patients with nursing method. Method： in our hospital in 2011 June to 2012 June were treated by ERCP＋EST ＋ laparoseopic treatment of gallstones and bile duct stones in patients during peri operation period of psychological nursing, clinical nursing, health education and monitoring retrospective analysis. Result： 89 cases of patients with gallstones and common bile duct stones in patients with successful operation, good recovery. Conclusion： The gallbladder and bile duct stones in patients with first ERCP＋EST operation, prior to the removal of calculus of common bile duct after laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation, allows the patient to avoid the traditional operation led to the incision pain, multiple drainage resulted in activity limitations, postoperative fasting time is long, with a T tube long, easy occurrence of biliary infection of the disadvantages, and reduced hospital stay, patient comfort is increased, less pain, rapid recovery has become the preferred method of treatment of biliary tract stones.
