不同止血方法对卵巢囊肿术后卵巢功能恢复的影响

目的：探讨3种不同的止血方式对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢功能恢复的影响.方法：将69例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的单侧卵巢囊肿患者分为三组,其中A 组采用单纯电凝止血,B组采用单纯羊肠线缝合止血,C组采用简单电凝止血后再羊肠线缝合.结果：术前各组患者3种激素水平及窦状卵泡 F0数比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.术后3个月FSH值和LH值A组〉B组〉C组,比较差异有统计学意义（PB组〉A组,等级差异有统计学意义（P0.05）.结论：在实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术时,可采取先简单电凝止血后再羊肠线缝合的止血方式进行止血,能最大程度保护卵巢功能.

Influence of Different Hemostasis on Ovarian Function Post Oophorocystectomy under Laparoscopy

Objective：To investigate the influence of different hemostasis on ovarian function post oophorocystectomy under laparoscopy. Method：The 69 cases with oophorocystectomy under laparoscopy were divided into electric coagulation group（23 cases）,suture group（23 cases）and suture after electric coagulation group（23 cases）. Result：There were no significant difference on the levels of sex hormones and basal antral follicle number（Fo）in the three group pre operation（P〉0.05）. There were significant difference among three levels groups at 3 months postoperative period, decreasing in E2 and basal antral follicle number（Fo）,increasing in FSH and LH（P0.05）.Conclusion：The suture after electric coagulation should be used to stop bleeding in the oophorocystectomy under laparoscopy and protect ovarian function to the greatest extent.
