坦络新对减轻上尿路结石患者微创手术后留置双J管不良反应的疗效观察

目的：观察n受体阻滞剂坦络新对减轻上尿路结石患者微创手术后留置双J管后的不良反应的作用。方法：将2010年8月-2012年8月收治的216例上尿路结石微创手术后留置双J管患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在常规处理外，口服盐酸坦络新片0．2mg，1次/d。观察两组患者腰腹部疼痛、血尿、膀胱刺激症状的发生率。结果：治疗组的腰腹部疼痛发生率为12．9％，而对照组为29．6％，血尿发生率治疗组和对照组分别为21．2％和31．5％，膀胱刺激症状的发生率治疗组和对照组分别为25．9％和48．1％，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：“受体阻滞剂盐酸坦络新能减轻泌尿外科上尿路结石患者微创手术后留置双J管的不良反应。

Observation of Tamsulosin Relieving Side-effect after Indwelling Double J Stent of Invasive Operation in Upper Uriny Tract Calculus Patients

Objective： To observe the efficacy of adjunctive of tamsulosin relieving side-effect after indwelling double J stent of invasive operation in patients with upper uriny tract calculus.Method： A total ：216 patients with upper uriny tract calculus indweliing Double J stent after invasive operation （ PCNL or URL ）were randomly divided into two groups who were admitted in author＇s hospital between August 2010 and August 2012.Patients in control group receieved a standard therapy after operation, and those in treatment group were given additional tamsulosin 0.2 mg/day.The primary endpoints were the incidence rate of waist and abdomen pain, hematuresis and irritation sign of bladder.Result： The total incidence rate of waist and abdomen pain was lower in treatment group than that in control group （ 12.9% vs 29.6% ） （P〈0.05） .The total incidence rate of hematuresis was lower in treatment group than that in control group （ 21.2% vs 31.5% ） （ P〈0.05 ） .The total incidence rate of irritation sign of bladder was lower in treatment group than that in control group （ 25.9% vs 48.1% ） （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Adjunction of tamsulosin is conducive to relieve side-effect after indwelling Double J stent of invasive operation in patients with upper uriny tract calculus.
