产科腹部切口美容缝合与传统缝合方法的对比分析

目的：探讨腹部切口美容缝合方法的效果及价值。方法：选择产科215例采用美容缝合法的病例作为观察组，并设同期常规缝合方法的215例患者进行对照观察，对资料进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组无1例切口感染裂开，4例有较轻微的线结反应，经过TDP照射术后3-5d出院。对照组1例脂肪液化较重，以致术后发热，伤口裂开；7例较轻的脂肪液化，11例线结反应，术后5～16d伤口拆线出院。结论：腹部切口美容缝合较传统缝合，操作简单，伤口局部反应少，甲级愈合率高，遗留瘢痕小，符合美学要求；不需要拆线，可缩短住院时间，床位周转快，符合产科以年轻女性患者为主、住院病源多的需求，值得推广应用。
