护理专科学生临床沟通能力的培养

摘    要:目的:提高护理专科学生临床人际沟通能力及护患沟通技巧。方法:对我校2004级大专护生在临床实习前采用课堂与实践融为一体的教学方法,进行人际沟通能力强化培训。结果:护生均能认识到沟通的重要性,沟通能力及沟通技巧有了提高,经χ2检验,护生在各种护理场景语言沟通能力的8项中,有5项在培训前后差异具有统计学意义;患者及临床带教老师对护生有较好的评价。结论:采用课堂与实践融为一体的培养方法,不仅培养和强化了护生的沟通意识,还提高了护生在临床实践中人际沟通能力。

Abstract:Objective: To increase the clinical interpersonal communication ability and nurse-patient communication skill of nursing college students. Methods: Nursing students who entered college in 2004 were enhanced training of interpersonal communi-cation skill by using class and practice synthesized training mode before clinical practice. Results: The nursing students realized the importance of communication and increased the communication ability. In 8 scene verbal communication abilities, 5 had significantly higher score after training than before training. Patients and clinical teachers appraised nursing students well. Conclusion: Using class and practice synthesized training mode could not only cultivate and enhance the communication awareness of nursing students, but also increase the clinical interpersonal communication ability.
