| 摘 要： | 目的 建立人体磨牙的三维模型，作为今后进一步对人体牙齿进行力学分析的基础。方法 采用年轻女性右侧下颌第一磨牙为对象，应用CT扫描技术、CT图像处理，经过滤除噪声、重新排列、二值化等操作，用Math Works公司的Madab的体积可视化功能来进行三维模型的建立。结果 采用CT薄层扫描资料建立起来的三维模型，形态逼真，能真实反映牙齿外形及髓腔三维结构。结论 人体磨牙三维模型的建立，可以为今后的牙齿生物力学分析提供一个逼真的模型，且可进一步进行计算机辅助设计处理，为进一步研究奠定基础。
