2型糖尿病患者血脂和载脂蛋白测定的临床意义

目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者血脂和载脂蛋白 (APO)的变化及其与疾病的发生发展的关系。方法 :应用日立 70 2 0全自动生化分析仪检测 96例 2型糖尿病患者与 96例对照者血糖 (GLU)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)。计算LDL C/HDL C、APOB/APOA1并对组间进行分析比较。结果 :96例糖尿病患者组与对照组P值均 <0 0 1,组间有显著差异。结论 :2型糖尿病存在血脂和载脂蛋白 (APO)的改变 ,而且APO和血脂的改变是预测糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化 (AS)、冠心病(CHD)的重要指标

Clinical Significance of Hemolipid and Appolipoprotein Test in Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus

Objectives:To discuss changes of lipaemia and appolipoprotein(APO) of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) Type 2 and their relationship with initiation and development of the disease.Methods:Blood sugar (GLU), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C),apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1) and apolipoprotein B (APOB) of 96 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and 96 control subjects were detected by Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer. LDL C/HDL C and APOB/APOA1 were calculated, and the results were analyzed and compared between 2 groups.Results:Both P values of DM group and control group were less than 0.01, and there were significant difference between 2 groups.Conclusions:Alteration of lipaemia and apolipoprotein (APO) exist in diabetes mellitus type 2, which are important indications of predicting complication with atherosclerosis(AS) and coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with DM.
