通心络联合瑞舒伐他汀对颈动脉粥样斑块及细胞炎性因子的影响

目的观察通心络联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗对颈动脉粥样斑块及细胞炎性因子的影响。方法将100例冠心病心绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在此基础上加服通心络胶囊。记录2组患者治疗前及治疗后6个月的血脂、颈动脉斑块类型、颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化及发生不良心脑血管事件情况。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后硬斑数量增加,软斑数量减少,IMT明显缩小,TC、TG、LDL-C、IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP均显著下降,HDL-C显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组发生心脑血管事件4例(10.0%),对照组发生心脑血管事件7例(17.5%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通心络联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者调节血脂、稳定斑块、减轻免疫炎性反应等方面有很好的疗效。

The therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule with rosuvastatin on carotid atherosclerosis and inflammatory markers

Objective To analyze the effects of Tongxinluo capsule with rosuvastatin on carotid atherosclerosis and inflammatory markers.Methods 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with rosuvastatin;the treatment group also received Tongxinluo capsule. The levels of blood fat,three kinds of carotid atherosclerosis plaque,IMT,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were observed before and after six months of treatment.Result In both groups,after treatment stable carotid atherosclerosis plaques increased,unstable carotid atherosclerosis plaques reduced, IMT became thinner,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP significantly reduced,HDL-C significantly elevated,there were significant differences between before and after 6-months of treatment(P<0.01) and effects of treatment group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After six months,4 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred in treatment group(10.0%),and 7 cases occurred in control group(17.5%),there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion It demonstrated that the combination of Tongxinluo capsule and rosuvastatin can decrease blood fat,make carotid atherosclerosis plaques more stable,reduce the immune inflammatory reaction in patients with coronary heart disease.
