| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过敏源检测和脱敏治疗在慢性荨麻疹治疗中所起的作用。方法对41例慢性荨麻疹患者进行过敏源点刺皮试测定,并且根据结果进行相应脱敏治疗。结果 41例患者对尘螨、屋尘、花粉吸入性的过敏源阳性率高,脱敏治疗的有效率75.61%。结论过敏源检测和脱敏治疗在慢性荨麻疹的治疗中有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate role of detection of allergens and specific desensitization therapy for chronic urticaria. Methotis 41 cases of patients with chronic urtcaria, using skin prick and subcutaneous injection for detection of allergens, injerction was prepared to desensitization treatment. Results Inhaled allergens in the positive rate of as follows：dast mites, acarid, pollen, the cure rate of desensitization treatment was 75.61%. Conclusion The detection of allergens and specific desensitization are important significance in the treatment of chronic urticaria. |
