关节清理联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

目的 观察并探讨关节清理联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎临床效果.方法 选取我院2009年1月~2011年3月收治膝骨性关节炎患者134例,随机分为两组,其中对照组67例,采用膝关节置换治疗,实验组67例,采用关节清理联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗;治疗结束后比较两组患者HSS膝关节评分优良率及改善率.结果 实验组患者治疗优良率明显高于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时实验组患者HSS膝关节功能、活动度及疼痛改善率均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 关节清理联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎临床效果显著,能够有效改善膝关节功能,提高活动度,缓解疼痛,具有临床推广使用价值.

The clinical observation of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate Injection for knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe and investigate therapeutic effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for knee osteoarthritis. Methods 134 patients with knee osteoarthritis were chose in the period from January 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （67 patients） with knee replacement and experimental group （46 patients） with arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection; and after treatment the excellent and good rate, and improving rate of HSS knee scores of both groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of HSS knee scores of experimental group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. And the improving rate of HSS knee scores of experimental group were also significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for knee osteoarthritis obtain excellent effect, can effectively improve the knee function and activity, relieve pain, and is worthy of clinical application.
