黄荆根提取物抗炎镇痛作用研究

目的：观察黄荆根乙酸乙酯提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法：采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀建立炎症模型观察黄荆根乙酸乙酯提取物的抗炎作用；采用扭体法和热板法观察黄荆根乙酸乙酯提取物的镇痛作用。结果：黄荆根提取物各剂量（16g·kg^-1、8g·kg^-14g·kg^-1）均能对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀产生抑制作用（P〈0．05）；也能明显抑制角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足肿胀（P〈0．05）。对热刺激和醋酸刺激引起的小鼠疼痛，黄荆根提取物高、中剂量（16g·kg^-1、8g·kg^-1）具有显著的镇痛作用（P〈0．05）。结论：黄荆根乙酸乙酯提取物具有抗炎镇痛作用。

Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Ethyl Acetate Extrac from Vitex negundo roots

Objectlve To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of Ethyl Acetate Extrac from Vitex negundo roots. Methods Anti-in- flammatory effect of Ethyl Acetate Extrac from Vitex negundo roots was investigated through xylene-induced auricle tumefaction and car- rageen- induced feet swelling model in rats; Analgesic effect was investigated through hot plate test and aceticacid writhing test in mice. Resuits The doses （16, 8g. kg-1, 4g. kg-1） of Ethyl Acetate Extrac from Vitex negundo roots could significantly inhibit dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling in mice （P〈0.05） and carrageen-induced feet swelling in rats（P〈0.05）. The doses（16, 8g.kg-1 of Ethyl Acetate Extrac from Vitex negundo roots could relieve pain response of mice induced by 55℃hot-plate and acetic acid writhing test in mice abdominal cavity.Conclusion The Ethyl Acetate Extrac from Vitex negundo roots have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
