培哚普利治疗原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的观察培哚普利治疗原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法将112例临床确诊的原发性高血压患者分为两组，55例原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病为A组，57例单纯原发性高血压为B组，均给予培哚普利治疗，2、4、6周末测血压，治疗前及治疗6周后监测肝肾功能、电解质、心电图、血脂及血糖。结果6周后A组显效率47．2％，总有效率79．3％，B组显效率50．9％，总有效率78．9％，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；2、4、6周末两组血压均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；6周末与治疗前比较，肝肾功能、电解质、心电图、血脂及血糖无明显变化（P〉0．05），不良反应A组9．1％，B组7．2％。结论培哚普利治疗原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病降压疗效好且安全。

Therapeutic effects of perindopril on hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes melltus

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of perindopril on hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and twelve hypertensive patients were divided into A group （55 hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus） and B group（57 pure hypertensive patients）, in the evaluated period every patients took 2-8 mg of perindopril every morning. Their blood pressure were measured after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment. Potassium serum level, liver function, renal function, electrocardiogram and FPG were examined before and after the trial. Results After 6 weeks, in A group： efficacy rate was 47.2%, total efficacy rate was 79.3%, in B groups： efficacy rate was 50.9%, total efficacy rate was 78.9%, there were no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Their blood pressure of two groups were decreased significantly after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment （P〈0.05）. There were no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Potassium serum level, liver function, renal function, electrocardiogram and FPG had no obvious difference before and after treatment. Conclusion Perindopril is ideal lower the blood pressure medicine in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
