| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光组织间照射治疗前列腺癌的实验研究结果与临床观察。实验采用Ｔ７３Ｐ小鼠接种ＬＡ７９５肺腺癌细胞，Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光肿瘤内照射２Ｗ、５００秒，其肿瘤内中心与边缘的温升曲线有较大差别并可观察到肿瘤生长延迟现象。临床治疗１例前列腺癌伴骨转移病人，随访３个月，病人仍健在，证实激光组织间照射是治疗前列腺癌可供参考的一种方法。

| Abstract: | The experiment study and clinical
observation of interstitial laser photocoagulation for thetreatment
of prostatic cancer with a Nd:YAG laser were reported.T73P mice
inoculated with LA 795 Pul-monary adenocarcinoma was irradiated with
Nd:YAG laser at 2W for 500 seconds.The temperature curveshows a total
difference between center and edge of the tumor.The tumor growth
delay was observed afterlaser heating.One patient of prostatic
cancer with bone metastasis has been treated.Following up
13months,the patient is still in encouraged condition.Recent results
confirm the interstitial caser photocoagu-lation to be promising in
the treatment of prostatic cancer. |
