重度妊高征终止妊娠时机选择与母儿预后关系分析

目的探讨重度妊高征适时终止妊娠与母儿预后的关系。方法收集1998年1月1日-2002年12月30日入住我院妇产科的70例重度妊高征患者，进行回顾性分析。结果重度妊高征70例，入院后经药物治疗，分别选择适当时机终止妊娠。无一例孕产妇死亡，围产儿死亡5例，死亡率6．84％，新生儿窒息12例，窒息率16．67％。妊娠≥36周无一例新生儿死亡及重度窒息。结论适时终止妊娠可以提高围产儿成活率，降低孕产妇及新生儿死亡率。

Analysis of relationship between prognosis and time selection to terminate pregnancy of patient with severe PIH

Objective To investigate the Relationship between the prognosis and time selection to terminate pregnancy of the patient with severe pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods Analyse 70 samples of PIH that were treated in our hospitol from Jan ist, 1998 to Dec 30. 2002.Results At first,the 70 Cases were treated by drugs, Then,selected good time to terminate pregnancy.The death rates of pregnant women and newborns were 0% and 6.84%(5cases).The rate of neonatal asphyxia was 16.67%(12cases).All cases survived without severe neonatal asphyxia in the group of more than 36 gestational weeks.Conclusion Selection of good time to terminate pregnancy could decrease the death rates of newborn and pregnant women.
