氨酚曲马多治疗陆军驾驶兵下腰痛的疗效分析

目的评价氨酚曲马多治疗陆军驾驶兵下腰痛的临床疗效。方法 2010年3月-2012年3月在我院门诊就诊下腰痛驾驶兵360例,应用氨酚曲马多治疗,于治疗后第1、2、4周分别应用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评价疗效。结果治疗1、2、4周后,所有患者临床症状均不同程度改善。VAS评分及ODI在治疗1、2、4周后均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但治疗后1、2、4周之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论氨酚曲马多可显著缓解下腰痛,提高驾驶兵伤病员的战斗力及生活质量。

Effect of driving soldiers with low back pain after therapy with Paracetamol and Tramadol Hydrochloride tablets

Objective Evaluation of Paracetamol and Tramadol Hydrochlofide tablets therapy in the treatment of low back pain of clinical curative effect of driving soldiers. Methods A retrospective review was performed on 360 outpatients that diagnosed as low backpain with neurological symptoms from March,2010 to march,2012 in our hospital. All cases treated with Paracetamol and Tra- madol Hydrochloride tablets. Clinical effect was evaluated by VAS and Oswestry disability index 1,2 ,and 4 weeks after treatment. Re- suits The clinical symptoms of all patients were improved in varying degrees 1,2, and 4 weeksafter treatment. The VAS and Oswestry disability index were significantly decreased compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference in the three groups after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Therapy with Paracetamol and Tramadol Hydroehloride Tablets can be signifi- cantly alleviated the symptoms of low back pain and neurologicalsymptoms. The conservative treatment can obviously improve driving soldiers wounded fighting capacity and quality of life, curative effect is clear.
