白花丹参多糖的超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究白花丹参多糖的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法研究了超声萃取白花丹参多糖条件。结果萃取时间是影响白花丹参多糖的主要因素,其次是粉碎度及液料质量比。结论超声萃取白花丹参多糖的最佳工艺条件为:m(水)/m(白花丹参粉)=10∶1,粉碎过50目筛,萃取3次,每次超声萃取30min。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the extraction technology of soluble polysaccharides from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge .f.alba.Methods Using ultrasonic extraction method by the orthogonal design to research the optimal extracting condition.Results The main factor that affect the polysaccharides content was the extracting time, the next was crush degree of crude herb and solid-liquid ratio.Conclusion The optimal is 1:10 of solid-liquid ratio,the partied size of herb is 50 mesh, extracting is three times for 30 min each times..
