| 摘 要： | 目的探索全视网膜光凝(PRP)对于糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者视觉诱发电位(VEP)的影响.方法收集DR患者39眼,平均年龄55.7岁,将DR患者VEP的潜时、振幅与同年龄正常人对照,在PRP前、后4周进行VEP的检测,并分别进行振幅、潜时的对比.结果DR患者的图形翻转视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)振幅与正常对照组相比明显下降(P＜0.01)而潜时与正常对照组相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05).PRP前后无论闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP)还是P-VEP的振幅及潜时均无显著性变化(P＞0.05).结论2型糖尿病只影响视信息的传递数量而不影响视信息的传递速度,PRP未造成视网膜神经纤维层神经节细胞及神经纤维的损伤,进一步证明了PRP的安全可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the influence on VEP of PRP in eyes with DR. Methods: 39 eyes with DR were collected. Before and after PRP, VEP was measured in each eye, meanwhile,32 normal eyes were measured as control. Results:To the eyes with DR, the amplitudes of P-VEP decreased compared to normal values (P<0.01).The amplitudes and peak latencies of F-VEP and P-VEP were not changed after PRP.Conclusion: In type II diabetes mellitus, transmiting quantity of visual message can be decreased, but transmiting velocity cannot be affected. PRP does not injure optic nerve fibre layer,ganglion cell and nerve fibre of retina.So PRP is proved to be a safe and effective method. |
