摘    要:目的:建立注射用萘普生钠含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以醋酸铵缓冲液(称取醋酸铵7.7g,加水50mL溶解,加冰醋酸6mL与适量水使成100mL)-甲醇(25:75)为流动相,检测波长为332nm。结果萘普生钠进样量在0.24~1.60μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r:0.9997,平均回收率为99.40%,RSD为0.40。结论:该方法精密可靠,可作为注射用萘普生钠的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of naproxen sodium for injection by HPLC. Methods HPLC condition: C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm)methanol-ammonium acetate buffer(using ammonium acetate 7.7 g, dissolve with 50 mL water, adding acetic acid 6 mL and right amount water to 100 mL and blending) (75 : 25)as the mobile phase, 332 nm as the detective wavelength. Results The linear range of naproxen sodium was 0.24 - 1.60 μg, r = 0. 999 7. The average recovery rate was 99.40%, RSD was 0. 40. Conclusion This method is precise and credible. It can be applied to the quality control of naproxen sodium for injection.
