复方丹参注射液治疗急性白血病的研究

目的　探讨复方丹参注射液在急性白血病治疗中的应用价值。方法　选择不同时期收治的急性白血病患者并分为治疗组和对照组 ,2组化疗方案相同 ,化疗过程中治疗组加用复方丹参注射液 ,观察患者的疗效反应、治疗相关毒性及并发症的发生情况。结果　治疗组 1个疗程完全缓解率略有提高 ,化疗引起的胃肠道反应、心脏毒性、肝功损害、肾功损害及出血程度均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　加用复方丹参注射液可望提高急性白血病的完全缓解率 ,改善患者的生活质量 ,显著减轻化疗相关毒性及并发症 ,且安全可靠。

Study of composite salviae miltiorrhizae injection on acute leukemia

Objective It is to discuss on the application value of composite salviae miltiorrhizae injection on acute leukemia.Methods The patients with acute leukemia in different period were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group. Both the groups' chemotherapies were same. The treatment group was given composite salviae miltiorrhizae injection additionally. The occurring of curative effect, untoward reaction and complication was observed.Results After one period of treatment, the full catabatic rate in treatment group rose appreciably, and the stomach and intestine action, heart toxicity, liver and renal function injury and hemorrhage coursed by chemotherapy all improved obviously (P<0.01).Conclusion Composite salviae miltiorrhizae injection can raise the full catabatic rate of acute leukemia, improve patients' life quality and obviously relieve chemotherapy correlative toxicity and complication.
